HarlemLive about to go through some changes

I thought we might not have a space for a few months and HL would be LEAN and MEAN for a minute. We'd ONLY be out doing stories, students writing on laptops at home. We meet up at various spots. etc.

But we may not get that oportunity. After the visit on Wednesday by the Elie Wiesel foundation and Calvin Sims of the NYTimes, they really enjoyed it and are bringing a funder back in 2 weeks to help us hire an admin person and money to get space.

It was a nice visit and although our attendance is somewhat lower than it should be, we had a decent turn out.
